Come and check out some of the local art talent who make up the Brew House artist community. Both artist residents and studio tenants will be exhibiting work in the Space 101 gallery, as well as have their studios open for the public to see. Take this opportunity to come and see one of the most unique arts facilities in the city, as well as up and coming and established artists in their place of work.
Housed in the old Duquesne Brewery building in the South Side, the building serves as both a home and studio space for a multitude of artists in various mediums from painting, to glass blowing, to furniture and more. From their website:“The Brew House Association is a non-profit organization established in 1991 to provide a supportive environment for artists to live and work. Its mission is to encourage community participation and create educational opportunities for artists and non-artists. It is committed to providing a public forum for creative expressions, to serve as a gathering place for artists, and to foster an appreciation of the arts within the larger community.”
